Good News!

The surgery went really well, and the lump was benign.  I'm so glad everything checked out great and it was worth the piece of mind.  Thank you to all of you that were praying for me!

Venturing out without the twins

This place was so delicious, I would recommend it to anyone.  The location was a little sketchy to get to but worth the drive.  It was kind of hard going out without them, I felt like we were checking on them the whole date. I sure it will get easier as time goes on.

Awareness

I just needed to write this post because I'm starting to get a little more scared about my surgery on Monday.  Given that it was just breast cancer awareness month in Sept. I wanted to urge women to be checking themselves for lumps. I'm sure that mine is probably not cancerous but you can never be too sure.  A few months ago I had just stopped breastfeeding and I found a lump in my breast that was the size of a large marble.  I thought it was related to breastfeeding so I didn't think much of it, until I started asking some friends if they had experienced the same thing when they stopped, most did not.  So I decided to call my obgyn and they said it may be a clogged milk duct and to try and express it and give it 2 more weeks. Needless to say I tried all of that and nothing happened, the lump still remained.  So they sent me for an ultrasound, they said there is definitely something there but they couldn't really see it on the ultrasound. So they sent me to go see a surgeon about doing a surgical biopsy.  So this is where I am now, getting surgery on my breast on Monday to find out if it is cancerous. Im hoping and praying that it is not, and I feel pretty good that it isn't, given that I have no history of it in my family.  All I'm trying to say is if you find something, don't let anyone try to tell you that it's nothing, until you know for sure.  Be aware!

*4 Month Check up*

Well about an hour after they got the shots they were pretty happy, and then around 6:00 pm things started falling apart quick. They both started screaming for about 2 hours nonstop. I have never seen them like that they are normally really easy going babies. Then they refused to eat anything , and they were pretty much up all night long. At about 3:00 Am they woke up with temps at 100.4. Tylenol became our friend! They were sick for about 3 days, but they are doing much better now.

Abi: She loves to talk, and suck on hers fingers. She is rolling over now, and is getting better at tummy time. She still loves her bath, cuddling with mommy, story time, and playing with toys. Her favorite game is pat-a-cake. She does not like to take naps, eat rice cereal, or miss any action.

Hayden: He loves to smile, and laugh at everything. He loves to stand up all the time, rice cereal, cuddling with mommy, and playing with this colored ring toy. He also loves to suck his thumb (I'm trying to break that habit). He does not really like tummy time, and daddies beard.

Sorry it has taken me so long to post these, they are from the 24th of July.

3 Months Old

They are 3 months old now and are getting so big now. They have found there hands and love sucking on them, they both try to fit there whole hand in there mouth, its so cute.
Abi~ she loves to held and snuggling with her daddy. She is talking up a storm and smiling a lot more now. She loves her bath and hates to get out.
Hayden~ he is pretty chill most of the day and loves to sit in his bouncer and play with the toys. When he is hungry or tired watch out cause he gets crazy. He also loves the bath and hates to get out. Oh and he is a mamas boy he loves it when I hold him.

Happy Fathers Day!

We got up early and made daddy breakfast for fathers day. He didn't have to change one diaper that day and got some cool triathlon stuff. Then Abi fell asleep with him, so cute.

We put them down for a nap one day and i went in ti check on them and they were holding hands it was the sweetest thing I have ever seen.

My first Mothers Day!!!!

The Twins (Aaron) did a great job for mothers day.  Aaron got up with them all night with the twins and changed all the diapers, he is so sweet. Then they made me breakfast, got me some really great gifts. Thanks guys!!  

A Great Day

One of the best days!! First time I got to hold Hayden he was a 10 days old at that point.  That was one of the hardest trials in my life not being able my son and comfort him.

I did not realize my skin could stretch so much, it is crazy what your bodies can do.

So people have been asking about the names and we have decided on them for the most part. Our little boy will be Hayden Rock Boyer and our Little girl will be Abigail ?? Boyer. So if any of you have any suggestions we are open to hearing therm.
The only one we came up with is Marie because that is my Mom's middle name, what do you think about that one??
